How To Live With Hair Loss

When you are a woman, you probably place enormous value on your
hair. It is a form of beauty and it can even often tell your
age. This makes it hard for a woman that may be losing her hair
to keep a positive attitude, but there are ways to cope with the
situation.

When you are losing your hair, it may be the only thing that is
on your mind, dominating your daily thoughts. This can make it
really hard to think about anything else as well as for you to
find a sense of personal beauty. You are suddenly left with less
hair than you wanted or expected to ever have to deal with, even
possibly causing you embarrassment. It can be really hard for a
woman that relies on her looks or if it is a big part of their
identity to experience hair loss.

Don't feel bad or ashamed of your appearance! There are many
women that are dealing with hair loss daily around the world.
Losing your hair is something that you can fix rather easily if
you are open to alternative suggestions. Consider getting a wig
or work on learning to love the new you in a way that you may
not understand, but that can help you to get on with your life
in the long run.

Don't Feel Bad About Not Feeling Great

If you are able to, try to get a wig that looks good on you and
in which compliments your facial features. Working to create a
new self image may be just the thing that you need to put a
smile back onto your face. Also, remember that hair loss happens
to many people, and you may not be able to really do a whole lot
about it. You have to learn to love yourself and how to move
forward in your life, despite of a physical appearance set back.
Your hair is just an extension of you and does not define who
you are. You can get through it and you can work to find ways to
not have your hair loss be the dominant thought in your life.

Don't worry about how you are looking and just feel great about
who you are. There are many things that you could have to deal
with that is worse than losing your hair. If you are still
having problems dealing with your medical issue, you may want to
consider talking to your doctor about help. Speaking to a
professional will help you to deal with your hair loss, your
mental state, and may even help to change the way that you are
looking at it in the total way.

There are many ways that you can handle your hair loss
problems, but you should not feel as though it's going to be the
end of the world. You can get though this problem and you can
look great no matter what your hair looks like. If you learn to
love your new hair or if you decide that you want to consider
doctor prescribed medications so that you get your hair back,
you will be in a better frame of mind and ready to move forward
in your life.

Top Secrets Revealed To Cure Hair Loss

Can you give the count of hair on your head? Perhaps, the
totally bald individual can give the exact count! Even if he
finds a single hair on his head, it is like the traveler finding
the oases in the vast desert. I mentioned the count of hair for
a different reason…The number of over the counter medications
and the lines of treatment for hair loss are also countless. If
we are to believe the authenticity of their claims, there should
not be a single bald individual on the face of this Earth
Planet!

But in all fairness, it must be admitted that researchers are
striving their best to provide what they can to retain the
hair-hopes of humanity. For, it is the most vital part of the
personality of an individual. Its contribution to the beauty of
the woman is immeasurable! So let's find out the best possible
ways to cure hair loss.

First things first, abrupt and sudden hair loss is an ailment.
And any ailment can be treated. Only you need to understand and
study what contributed to your hair loss. Once the cause of your
hair loss is known to you, you can easily find the matching
products to correct the malady.

As a cure for your hair loss, you can use both surgical and
non-surgical methods. Surgical transplant is one of the accepted
methods now. It promises lots of hopes to the bald individuals.
Some of the chemical treatments are Nizoral, Rogaine, Avodart
and Propecia.

After medication, the best way to find a hair loss cure is to
inform yourself better about the present condition of your hair
by reading the literature on the subject. A vast ocean of
information is available on the internet. Only you need to have
the time to churn it.

Consult a medical professional; learn something from his vast
experience of treating the patients it may prove to be helpful
to you. It is all about selecting the best option for you. Don't
rule out the herbal formulations; some of them are accepted all
over the world.

As for the women, it is very necessary to go to the root cause
of hair loss. There are certain conditions and stages in the
life of a woman wherein the loss can not be avoided. Therefore,
without knowing the underlying causes, if you commence a
particular line of treatment, the results are likely to be
counterproductive.

The subject of hair loss cure can not be complete without
reference to the lifestyle changes and diet control. Many fruits
and fresh vegetables do contribute to the healthy growth of
hair. The treatment "with-in" through good diet is as important
as the treatment "without" through medication and other systems.

A Practical Guide For Fighting Hair Loss In Women

The intensity of suffering on account of hair loss in women is
much more than the intensity of such loss in men. When a woman
loses her hair, she loses her heart! It is one of her best
beauty aids. The bald man may look smarter. But you never say
that I wish to see a smart bald woman!

With hair loss invading her life, a woman is bound to feel
upset and would ever be in a state of confusion and
confrontation to effectively meet the challenge of hair loss.
But you need to tell her that stress is also one of the strong
factors of hair loss and on this front, she needs to control her
emotions.

Instead of analyzing the issue threadbare, I wish to sum up the
issue in one sweeping statement, "Educate yourself!"

Hair loss is such a personal and typical issue that even your
physician will not be able to give you the correct advice
corresponding to your requirements. You are in a better position
to identify and rectify the deficiencies that contributed to
your hair loss. Taking treatment, no doubt is very important,
but not taking treatment is also sometimes important!

To give you an example in this context suppose that your hair
loss is due to some disease for which you took treatment. Now
the disease is gone and the hair re-growth is bound to happen
only if you have little patience. If you unnecessarily stress
yourself, that could become a further reason for retarding the
process of growth of hair.

Telogen effluvium is a peculiar condition of hair loss in which
there is a diffuse. In this condition there is widely spread out
hair loss around the scalp and also elsewhere on the body. This
may be due to intense stress on the body's hormonal system or
side effects of a particular type of medication. Soon, your body
mechanism will readjust itself to the changed circumstances and
hopefully with your stress level decreasing, hair will begin to
grow. If you panic and start with medication based on wrong
premises, it is not going to do any good.

The listing of the causes for hair loss in women is endless. As
many women, as many causes! All that you need to know is good
general knowledge about hair growth and a time table about its
maintenance. A number of fruits and vegetables are conducive to
the health and growth of hair. Change your lifestyle and diet
habits accordingly.

Herbal Hair Solution

HERBAL HAIR SOLUTION

ust imagine if there was a cure for hereditary Hair Loss that you could make at home within 10 minutes with some plants and roots that probably grow in your own garden or that can be purchased at the supermarket for $1.00!!!

Where would these Multi Million Dollar Profits be if people were aware of this? In the hands of their customers...

Would you rather pay $50 a month for the rest of your life for chemicals made by these companies or keep it in your pocket?

$50 a month is probably the cheapest treatment available. There are many others that cost well into the thousands such as Laser treatment, plugs or transplants.

Some treatments use drugs which effect hormones to try to stop genetic hair loss. I don't know about you but to memessing with my testosterone and other hormones does not sound like a good idea.

Some of these drugs can actually cause some quite serious side effects. Do you really want to take drugs just for hair loss?

Do you think these companies care about the various effects and side effects of their treatments?

As long as their treatment works to some degree, they can charge a high price for it and people are willing to pay for it, they're happy.

Do You Like The Idea Of A Basically Free Alternative, Which Is Totally Organic, Made In Your Own Kitchen, And Which Is Just As Effective If Not More So? If So Then Read On!!

I am not interested in bottling this amazing concoction, selling it at rip off prices and keeping the ingredients secret..

I was losing my hair and I didn't like it. I tried all the cures I could find which cost me well into the thousands with not much luck. I willingly gave these companies my money in the hope of getting the hair I'd lost back and retaining what I had left. So much of my hard earned money went straight to these multi million dollar companies!! It did not make me happy...

Then One Day The Gods Were Smiling At Me!!

I met an Indian guy on an airplane who said he knew an ancient recipe that could re-grow hair and stop it from falling out. He said it increased the circulation to the scalp and also cured dandruff and dry skin. He was a really funny guy and by the end of the trip we were getting along like old friends. Eventually I was able to get him to divulge his secret and I must admit I was shocked at how simple it was.

It consists of just three ingredients which are boiled for ten minutes. You then strain the water and rub it into your head twice a day. Too easy... And the results areAMAZING. The first day I used it the skin where I had applied it felt really soft and smooth. I could tell it was good stuff. Anyway, within 2 weeks I could see very soft hair beginning to grow where it had previously receded. Within another 4 weeks it was becoming thicker again and after 6 weeks it was well on its way. After using it for 6 months I looked like I did 8 years before when I was 21...

I gave some to a friend who wasn't losing his hair but who suffered from dry scalp and dandruff. It cured him within 1 week and he says his hair is softer and stronger than ever.

Unfortunately during the flight I forgot to get my Indian friends contact details and I can't even thank him. It's so good to have my hair back.. I wish I could at least thank the guy.

Anyway, as I said I don't want to rip people off by selling this stuff in bottles when its so easy to make yourself, and so, so cheap.

Instead you can just purchase the recipe and then do with it as you wish.

Before you start to think I'm just doing this for the money please let me explain.

To get this product out there so people like you can find it I must advertise. It costs me around$0.50US every time someone clicks my link on google. This adds up very quickly and so advertising is very expensive. Most of the money from purchases actually goes into advertising so that others like yourself can find this great product. I have received a few emails telling me that I am bad for charging when I was given the recipe for free. I hope you can understand that I must charge to recover the money spent on getting it out there for you.

I have put together an ebook that details exactly how to make this brilliant concoction that truly does work. It's yours for just $35.00. That's it and you can use it for the rest of your life. If you have the plants growing in your yard then it'll be free forever. I know I could charge much more for this but I want to be fair.

Anyone can afford a mere $35 and if keeping or re-growing your hair isn't worth this small amount to you then so be it.

If you want this amazing and truly affective Herbal Hair Recipe just Click the link below. You could start re-growing your hair within hours from your purchase.

Once payment has been made you will be instantly directed to the download page where you can download the ebook straight away. It gives step by step instructions with photos as well so you can't go wrong!!

Hair Removal Cream: Benefits And Disadvantages

The market is full and overwhelmed with wonder products that
promise you a painless depilation experience, that are
cost-effective and easy to be used in the intimacy of you home.
Instead of being irate about the next day's visible hair on the
legs that you barely shaved the night before, you could give a
shot to hair removal cream.

Hair Removal Cream: "Must Know" Guidelines

After you have resolved you would like to try hair removal
creams and not the traditional hot wax and cutting blades, you
have yet to choose from the numberless types of creams available
with different plants employed, textures and wonder elements
that entice you into buying them. Ultimately it all comes down
to deciding what your delicate skin needs and how much money you
should pay, on the account that you must avoid rashes and
irritations. It is not a tough decision, but you must be sure of
your health and your pocket afterwards.

It is only fair that some brands have more costly products with
some Asian-Mongolian extracts on gold basis and Ginseng, while
others are quite cheap and get the job done. Theoretically, all
of the hair removal creams do the same thing in the same way,
and there should be no distinct way to depilate large areas no
matter how expensive the cream you've chosen is.

Highs and Lows

Hair removal creams have highs and lows, naturally, it's the
way Yin and Yang works in the world so it shouldn't be different
in this case. They do take care of your unbecomingly hair that
grows where you don't want it to, and you can carry the
operation through with few difficulties, but you should bear in
mind that the skin must be completely dry while applying the
product. Hence, you cannot do it in the bathtub with the candles
lit romantically, but you need to arrange a special setting
where you could wait still, for some five to ten minutes,
without leaving grease spots on the carpets. At the end of these
few minutes, you must have around you a clean piece of cloth,
soaked in lukewarm water and wash the legs or the specific area
gently.

Another thing that could hinder the experience of grooming
yourself is that your nose might be a bit blown off by the odor
of the product: as it is powerful and keeps tour skin clean and
silky for some weeks, you have to accept the pungent "aroma" of
the substances which you have to bear during the process of
application and awaiting while it goes into the skin and remove
the undesired hair. As the smell is quite persistent, for hours
maybe, do not apply alcohol or other strong lotions, but just
get into the bathtub and help it to fading off. For more info

on hair removal treatments.

Do not be thrown away by these dim prospects, but consider the
advantages that appear if you use hair removal creams: your
persistency and dedication to personal grooming will be rewarded
in no time by the less and thinner hairs that will grow instead,
at a much slower rate. More data on the topic of hair removal
creams can be found in specific beauty magazines, or you could
simply google it, if you want sure results and a step by step
experience.

Hairstyles of the Times

So many factors influence a woman's hairstyle choice. Does the
hairstyle make her look glamorous or sexy? Is it professional or
casual? Will men find her more alluring? Is she wearing a trendy
style? More often than not a hairstyle is chosen for the wrong
reasons, leading to instant dissatisfaction of the look. If her
hairstyle is not befitting, she is somewhat mentally
traumatized, giving her a poor self image which does not make
for a happy lady. Well recognizing the trend is one, but not the
single most important factor in choosing a hair style that is
right for you. Facial shape is essential for choosing the right
style. Find out your facial shape and choose the style that
would flatter your face. Secondly, do your research and
determine how much maintenance e the do will need. Lastly, check
out the trendiest styles and go from there. You are sure to find
one style that would be flatter you as well as give you that
modern up-to-date look. In this article I examine the most
current styles in terms of adaptability, maintenance , and care.
In short, you can let us guide you in determining a current do
that will compliment and define who you are.

The year of the bob- Many women have chosen to chop off their
tresses and relive the early twenties by choosing a bob
hairstyle. A significant amount of sex symbol celebrities are
wearing the bob now. If you take a look around a room, you will
probably discover that more than half of the women are wearing a
bob. The best thing about a bob is that it can suit women of
many age groups and races. A bob is also very versatile and easy
to care for. There are many types of bobs to choose from.
Depending on your facial shape, you may opt to wear a bob with
bangs, asymmetrical bob, Chinese bob, layered bob, curly
bob…just to name a few. Many women opt for the one length bob
because of its simplicity and ease of care. The bob is generally
very sophisticated looking. It has been considered a traditional
yet trendy hairstyle. However, it is crucial to examine all
sides when choosing to get a bob. Are you truly ready to commit
to a shorter look? Are bangs flattering to your facial shape?
Is a shorter bob or shoulder length bob more suitable for you?
Consult a stylist to determine the best bob for you.

Short cuts- 2008 has opened the door to cute and sexy short
looks. Most short cuts right now are edgy and chic. Short cuts
are charming and sassy but the thing to remember here is the
upkeep is demanding. Most cuts require lots of attention and are
high maintenance. If you are not one who gives a lot of notice
to your style then a short cut is definitely not for you. When
getting your hair cut in a trendy style, be sure to get it cut
into layers. It adds definition to the cut as well as a flirty
appeal. Use moose to spike your ends to add that flare that most
celebrities sport. Choose a stylist that has a reputation for
cutting your hair as opposed to just styling.

The long layered look-Currently, long layers are the way to go
when have long hair and want to keep it. One length all over is
not all that trendy. You may want a side bang to enhance long
layers. Layers are very defining, especially if your hair is
long and thin. You can also choose to layer the front only and
wear the back one length. Layers are important to keep up. You
need to keep them trimmed often in order to keep the look up.
When considering layers, determine if you want a curly look or
just a choppy straight edge look. Either way, your facial shape
needs to be considered first.

Natural hairstyles- The natural craze is hot for women of color
right now. Countless African American women have elected to
trash the relaxers and enjoy their God given natural waves and
curls. The natural look has an endless amount of possibilities.
You are not very limited in terms of styles as many people would
suggest. You can straighten using flatirons when the desire
arises. For the most part women who wear their hair natural can
choose from dreds, locks, waves, etc. A natural look is so
unique and empowering. The only drawback here is for women with
relaxers having to let the ends grow out or go with the "the big
chop." Maintenance is also critical. Invest in some good
products that enhance natural hair and develop a good hair
regimen.

Whatever hairstyle you choose, be wise in making your choice.
Consider all factors before committing to a look. Remember to be
bold and adventurous and willing to make a statement with your
hair

Excessive Hair Loss: Stick To One Line Of Treatment To Curb Hair Fall

People stricken with the agony of hair loss have been often
found desperately switching over from one course of treatment to
another in order to check hair loss and bring back hairs on
scalp. However it should not be so, because all different ways
for treating hair loss need some time to show results. All hair
loss struck folks must keep patience. They should opt for one
line of treatment and stick to it till the required time to see
the desired results.

There are various treatment options. From natural remedies to
high powered drugs- all are available to treat hair loss. There
also exist a nutritional way to curb hair fall. If you don't
want to take hair loss pills, a host of liquids and chemicals
are also there to apply directly on the scalp.

Among all these treatment options what remains a favorite of
all is home treatment option. These options are rather based on
natural products and hence are also termed as natural remedy.
From egg yolks to various oils there could be n-number of
natural products to be used to treat hair loss at home.

Natural measures also include nutritional supplements such as
iron pills, iodine supplements and Vitamin B rich products.

Coming to medication option, only a few drugs have been
approved as hair loss remedy. Precisely, there are only two
medicines that have got approval of FDA. These are Minoxidil and
Propecia. But these medications must be checked against side
effects and reactions before being brought in regular use.
Baring these medications there are also a good number of other
medicines that are efficient in treating loss of hairs but not
without disastrous side effects. So check in these details
before trying any of these.

In extreme cases of hair loss when you are sure to remain bald
for the whole life, you are left with only one option. This is
hair transplantation through surgery.

Although there exists a non surgical option of hair replacement
but it's not as effective as hair transplantation. While opting
for transplantation you must take great care and caution in
choosing the surgeon. You must select the surgeon whose
dexterity in the sphere of hair transplantation is renowned.

Before using scalp ointments and liquids, a consultation with
dermatologist is a prerequisite. There must not be excess
application of scalp liquids. You should strictly follow the
instructions given by your dermatologist.

All in all, I would sum up my article with a suggestion that
don't get panicked over excessive hair loss. Have patience, you
can bring back your hairs provided you are determined to do so.

Ginkgo Biloba Properties And Benefits

One of the world's oldest alive tree forms is Ginkgo Biloba.
Excavations of fossils of Ginkgo Biloba show them to be 5000
years older and even more. One single tree can have a life of a
thousand year; it can grow up to one hundred twenty feet long.
The leaves are shaped like a fan while branches are short.

There is a strong odor in it's fruits and there is inner seed
in every leaf, consuming the leaf can lead to human poisoning.
For centuries Chinese people used both the seed and the leaf as
herbal medicine, but modern researchers have discarded this and
mainly focused attention on basic Ginkgo Biloba extract, derived
from green leaves after being dried up.

There are as many as 40 odd materials available in Ginkgo
Biloba tree, but just 2 out of those many can be of any benefit
to human suffering, the 2 being terpenoids and flavonoids.
Flavonoids are influential in antioxidant effects.

Reports have supported the same and say it helps protecting
retina, blood vessels, heart muscle and nerves from damage.
Terpenoids help increasing blood circulation by opening blood
vessels and dipping the tackiness of platelets.

Flavonoids is a definite antioxidants which are immensely
helpful in removing free radicals that float present in out
bodies, these radicals possess threats to human health and can
effect normal system functions.

The environment too has its share in causing damage to us
(obviously we stand responsible for the current state of
environment) like cigarette smoking, air pollution, radiation
and ultraviolet rays shall have a telling effect on our bodies
and these threatening free radicals can lead to heart diseases,
cause aging, cancer, cell death & Alzheimer's disease.

There are various studies being conducted across the globe to
find the diseases that Ginkgo Biloba can be applied in. We know
now that Ginkgo Biloba is useful in treating dementia, hair
loss, circulatory problems and hair loss but researchers are
trying to widen the scope of its benefits to alcoholism,
Alzheimer's disease, cancer, blood vessel disorders, chronic
rhinitis, atherosclerosis, hearing loss, high blood pressure,
respiratory tract illnesses, concentration deficit hyperactivity
disorder, asthma, cataracts, bronchial asthma, anti-rheumatic,
migraine, high cholesterol, heart disease, labor induction,
schizophrenia, congestive heart attack, coronary heart disease,
menstrual pain, cardiac rhythm abnormalities, blood clots,
freckle-removing, traumatic brain injury, neuropathy, cough,
dermatitis, fatigue, hepatitis B, angina, genitourinary
disorders, anxiety, mood disturbances, acute cerebral
infarction, retinopathy, anti-bacterial, autoimmune disorders,
oral cavity cancer, acidosis, anti-parasitic, diabetes,
indigestion, allergies, anti-fungal, dysentery, breast disease,
bronchitis, insomnia, varicose veins, skin sores, eczema,
hypoxia, sepsis, scabies, ulcerative colitis, swelling,
headache, seizures, thrombosis, heart attack and aging.

There exist few side effect but benefits will always out number
side effects. Headaches and gas related discomfort may be
experienced. Suppose you consume anti-depression drug (these are
monoamine-oxidase inhibitors in character) then a negative
counter reactions could be possible. You could be risking some
kind of bleeding and if you at all have a clotting disorder then
it should be strictly avoided.

If going through lactation or pregnancy then too should be
avoided. Headaches, diarrhea, vomiting, restlessness, in few
cases you might get rashes or feel itchy and nausea are few
other possible side effects. To be on safer side visit your
doctor and consult him/her before you starting the medication of
any herbal remedies.

Vitiligo Treatment Using Ginkgo Biloba Extracts - Ginkgo Biloba Benefits

Vitiligo is basically a skin disorder, iatrogenic in character
but according to some the auto immune disorders and genetics are
also to be blamed for this. In this type of disease the
surrounding area of skin loses its color and appears lighter in
patches. That particular patch shall be highly prone to sunburn
and the hairs could turn white easily.

As per reports available as much as 4 percent of the total
world adult population could be under attack from this disease.
This syndrome makes its suffers quite conscious of themselves
and their looks though it is not infectious. Vitiligo became a
globally known skin disease after Michael Jackson, king of pop
said that due to his suffering from Vitiligo his skin color
turned white from black.

Older medical treatments for the skin disease had methods were
topical steroid fluids were applied but they seemed
inconsequential as either there was no improvement or it took so
extended time for skin to recuperate it's original color that
people would almost lose hope.

Thankfully today the application of Ginkgo Biloba is changing
this for the better. Ginkgo is very effective here as it
contains anti-inflammatory, immune modulating, and antioxidant
herb. Here is why many believe Ginkgo to be helpful, it is
because this disease is consequences of free radical injure to
one's skin and ginkgo helps in preventing and rebuilding
process.

There are tremendous efforts being put by researchers and R&D
to find out what different benefits Ginkgo Biloba extracts can
give to patients who are reeling under effects from Vitiligo. As
of today, there exists clear evidence that oral consumption is
highly recommended instead of topical use, in terms with
Vitiligo treatment.

One such diminutive study that applied Ginkgo Biloba extract
forty ml thrice every day showed it had the power to stop the
progress of Vitiligo. However these results be to be perfected
by more research and studies.

One such major study was undertaken to find out Ginkgo benefits
on Vitiligo patients, 47 adults have slow growing skin disease
were chosen and administered 120 milligrams each day with
uniform Ginkgo Biloba extract that had 9.6 milligrams having
ginkgo flavon glycosides or something similar for six months.

Every other 6 weeks pictures of that particular area were taken
so that the gradual change in ratio and size of pigment change
could be closely monitored. For those who were administrated
with Ginkgo extracts the disease spread was stopped for 80
percent people while those who were under placebo only 36
percent people experienced stoppage in spread.

Those patients whose had Vitiligo marks on face area and
consumed Ginkgo had the spread halted where as people with
similar condition but people in placebo group did not face any
reversals. Group Ginkgo, complete or marked 40 percent from this
group had re pigmentation but just 10 percent from placebo had
something similar to show.

For those who are looking for just an additional supplement to
help them recover there are specified studies being carried out
for them, vitamin C, PABA, folic acid with vitamin B12 and L
phenylalanine are few to name. No such side effects are there
thus seen far with regards to Vitiligo treatments.

As time goes by more people like the positive effects Ginkgo
Biloba extracts used in Vitiligo treatment purely because it
gives them valuable treatment.

Today every one is concerned with hair loss/hair fall. There
was a time when we would associate hair loss with the older

almost everybody is suffering form hair thinning, baldness and

Suffering from poor quality hairs or facing hair loss, well
there are several different reasons that culminate in this
process. Skin disease of scalp, unhealthy diet, Genetics,
pollution, poor scalp circulation, Androgen hormone, repetitive
use of hair dyes, hair gels, shampoos, mousses and also the
extensive use of hair creams, styling gels, hair perming, iron
rod curling and other new up markets trends all in the long term
result in damaging the hair and in certain condition damage
beyond repair.

All is not lost and we should explore option to reduce hair
loss.

By using hot & cold hydrotherapy the process of hair loss could
be halted substantially such as been shown in various researches
also herbal usage helps too, here in Ginkgo Biloba is very
important. At the time DHT gets in sync with hair follicle
that's the time when follicle starts to live under a shorter
growth cycle.

In simple terms it converts into a thinner hair for every new
grown one and therefore it stay on for lesser time as it is
fragile than earlier ones, ultimately hair follicle discontinue
producing hair. In people where there exists poor circulation of
blood to scalp area the roots turn weal automatically.

The more we expose our hair to the air particles and pollution
the more it shall be degraded and continue to fall and break. In
such scenario Ginkgo Biloba can act as the perfect answer for
hair loss.

China being the widely acclaimed origin Ginkgo Biloba is in use
for the past five centuries, while western nations have
extensively accepted it's tree extracts from past twenty years.
When special ingredients are extracted from Ginkgo Biloba it
gives blood fresh impetus to circulate properly.

The root cause of some diseases are because body cannot
circulate blood as required by the body, to treat this herbal
remedies are good option and Cayenne pepper and Ginkgo Biloba
are fore runners in herbals.

Cayenne helps strengthen heart thus leading to pumping blood to
the deepest corners of human body, whereas Ginkgo Biloba raises
blood circulation to & from all parts of human body and
importantly to brain also. With the help of Ginkgo Biloba
extracts blood circulation improves a lot thus diseases like
hair loss, Reynaud's phenomenon and thrombosis can get
rectified.

Ginkgo Biloba fastens blood flow to important peripheral part
of human body along with fine capillaries thus directly
affecting scalp parts. Blood carries oxygen with it so if there
is more blood flow there is automatically more oxygen supply,
oxygen brings more nutrients with it and all in all essential
vitamins E & A give a new lease of life every time to the scalp.

Once all these important supplies start reaching the human
scalp there is bound to be hair repair and growth will find
enough supplies to grow again. What we all want is our hair to
look healthy, silky and bouncy, don't we!

Female Pattern Baldness: What Causes Hair Loss In Women?

So many men go bald and nearly all women seem to have heads
full of hair. The question, naturally is if baldness
discriminates on the basis of gender. That would be grossly
unfair. Well, it would be unfair but the fact is even women
suffer from hair loss. And if there is something that goes by
the expression 'male pattern baldness', there is also a thing
called 'female pattern baldness'.

Of course, there is no denying the fact that baldness is more
prevalent and more apparent in males than in females. However,
women suffer more than men when they sense that they are losing
hair at an abnormal pace because females tend to attach a great
deal of importance to the quality and quantity of hair. And why
shouldn't it be, given the fact that hair are an integral part
of feminine charm.

In some cases, female baldness can be hereditary. Mostly,
menopause brings hair loss in women, which is determined by
one's genetic heritage. In other words, if a female loses hair
in menopausal stage, it is because her mother too suffered from
hair loss at that particular stage of her life.

Another cause for female baldness are certain ailments,
especially those that come with extended bouts of high fever.
Among them are typhoid fever and scarlet fever. Such fevers are
a medically established cause of hair loss. There are certain
medications, the use of which may also result in hair loss. But
in such cases hair loss is gradual.

Malnutrition and a dysfunctional endocrine system have also
been found to trigger a slow hair loss.

Fungal infections can also cause hair loss. These fungal
infections are chronic bacterial attacks or a result of the
presence of ringworms.

Chemotherapy tends to destroy all the rapidly developing cells
including the hair follicles, as they also consist of active
cells. The baldness thus caused is not temporary but total.

A condition called Alopecia universalis also causes permanent
loss of body hair including those on the head and those that
form the eyelashes and eyebrows. The causes of the ailment is
not fully known and the research is on in this area.

What is quite apparent is a fact that female hair loss does not
set in early phase of life unless there are some other reasons
for it, like some ailment or malnutrition. So, no cause for
beauty-worries for the young ladies and for the relatively older
ones, too. Things are pretty much bright unless the genes are
unfavourable.

Hair Loss Product the Varietes

Baldness is a common predicament experienced by people today.
Because of this growing problem, many people search for the best
hair loss product that can grow their hair back again. However,
because of the diversity of choices, a lot of people confuse
themselves as to what hair loss product they should really use.
Because several manufacturers have created a wide array of
products which promise a fast hair growth, consumers find it
difficult to choose one item alone that can be trusted to work
well on them.

For this reason, a list of items has been made available for
you to decide upon. Knowing about these items would help you
choose which product is best for you.

It is definitely not for you to despair if you are suffering
from a severe case of hair loss problem. The market offers
several hair loss items which can help you in treating your
condition. Perhaps the only problem that you're going to
encounter is choosing the best hair loss product which can
create paramount effects on you.

As much as possible, home treatments are suggested by many
modern or traditional doctors to help save what you already
have. Some natural remedies or techniques help well in assisting
your scalp to produce newer and healthier hair. The following
are suggested for you to do daily in order to ensure that your
existing hair is treated with utmost care.

Hair Loss Product: Shampoo

Shampoos are one of the most convenient products sold over the
counter today. Many people believe that through the normal
shampoos we use everyday, we can prevent baldness occurrence.
However, this hair loss product has brought in a heap of
controversies because many were said to be inefficient in
treating hair loss problems. Most of those who have used shampoo
for baldness claimed no change in their hair growth. On the
other hand, shampoos are proven to work best in preventing
baldness rather than treating it.

Hair Loss Product: Wigs

Perhaps one of the most easy to use products for hair loss is
wigs. Because they can be bought anywhere and can be worn at any
time of the day, it is greatly possible to "cover" your hair
loss problems. However, it is inefficient in growing your hair
back. The only thing that a wig can do as a hair loss product is
to provide you with temporary hair which you can change and use
everyday.

Hair Loss Product: Lotion

Lotion is proven to be very effective in growing your hair
back. One good example of a hair lotion product is Rogaine. It
is scientifically proven and tested to work well in treating
baldness problems. However, you have to discuss the use of this
hair loss product to your doctors first before applying them on
your scalp. Some patients are contraindicated to use this item
for several reasons.

Hair Loss Product: Herbal Supplements

The last hair loss product that can be efficient for some
people is the herbal supplements. They may come in the form of
Saw Palmetto or green tea. Again, the use of these herbal
remedies is controversial because some people have claimed the
items to be very effective while others were disappointed with
the effects of the item on them. Whichever hair loss product you
decide to use, it is always best to consult them with the proper
health practitioners first; they will help you decide which
product can work best on you.

Basics Of Preventing Hair Loss

The best start to preventing hair loss is understanding the
basics of hair, what it is, how it grows and what causes it to
start falling out. With this information you will find that it
is possible to prevent your hair loss.

Androgenetic alopecia, commonly known as male pattern baldness,
is the condition that over 95% of people with hair loss have,
and it is caused by increased levels of DHT. This type of hair
loss is commonmly caused by a genetic sensitivity to DHT and
5-alpha-reductase. The enzyme 5-alpha-reductase is responsible
for converting testosterone to DHT, the substance identified as
the end-cause for hair loss.

It has also been found that the more recessive the hair gene,
the more likely it is for one to suffer from hair loss.
Blond-haired people possess a larger propensity for hair loss
than darker-haired individuals, and thus Caucasian persons have
a greater propensity for hair loss than non-Caucasian
individuals.

The scientific developments of the past several decades are
bringing hope to many trying to prevent this type of hair loss.
Treatments like Rogaine and Propecia have been shown to be
effective at reducing DHT levels in people. Surgical restoration
techniques have also improved greatly have also helped a number
of people who would have previously had to settle for gradual
hair loss or poor covering products.

Studying the role of DHT in preventing hair loss has even led
to the discovery of several herbal solutions for hair loss
prevention. Products like Provillus and Procerin use a blend of
herbs such as saw palmetto, nettles, rosemary and horsetail as
the basis for effective hair loss products. Even more promising
is the fact that the hair loss caused by androgenetic alopecia
is found to occur primarily in Western civilizations, meaning
that there are likely dietary practices that contribute to hair
loss. This lends to the possibility that improving ones diet
could help in preventing hair loss.

Hair is a living protein, and as with any part of our bodies we
must be sure to maintain proper health to optimize the chances
of continuing to grow a healthy head of hair. Proper nutrition
is vital to preventing hair loss, since the hair is a living and
growing part of the body's system. A healthy balanced diet,
exercise, vitamins and herbal hair loss supplements will all aid
in your hair loss prevention efforts.

Remember, the restoration of hair growth is not an overnight
process. The process takes time regardless of the method chosen.
Be patient, even the most effective hair loss products will take
at least 3 months to show signs of improvement. Don't give up,
many people have had great success at preventing hair loss.

Keep in mind that the body is a system, and it is the abuse of
this system by improper nutrition and environmental causes that
lead to most common hair loss. Through returning the body back
to its natural state, hair loss can be prevented and restored.

Herbal Remedies For Hair Loss

Hair loss is a problem that is more common to men than women.
Male pattern baldness can be expected when a man reaches 40
years of age. This condition is due to heredity more than
anything else. It is then very important that hair loss is
treated at an early stage. Otherwise, it can become hard to
reverse the condition.

Herbal remedies can always be used for hair loss. These natural
remedies have been used for the longest time against male
pattern baldness and all symptoms of hair loss. In fact, there
are many commercial drugs that use these herbs as primary
ingredients. The goodness about using herbs for hair loss is
that they can naturally restore a person's full crown of hair
with regular use.

Sage is one herb that is recommended for hair loss. It can be
used along with apple cider vinegar. Make sage tea and add it to
the vinegar in equal parts. Use it to rinse your hair. The
combination of these two herbs induces hair growth. For your
final rinse, you can use either chamomile or catmint. These
herbs smell good and would leave your hair with a nice scent.
Both catmint and chamomile can address the itchiness associated
to hair loss.

For internal stimulation of hair growth, aloe, stinging nettle,
watercress, birch leaves, and nettles are normally used. These
herbs are known for their abilities to cleanse the skin and the
blood. The edible juice extracts of these herbs mixed with water
can be used to restore the fullness of you hair. They work by
stimulating the flow of blood towards the scalp. Be sure to
follow the prescription of a licensed herbalist to be sure.

Both licorice and horsetail can be used to keep the hair
strong, shiny, and intact. There are many shampoos containing
these herbs. Be sure to opt for them when deciding which one to
buy. However, you have to be very sure that the shampoo you
choose is mild to the scalp. Licorice can directly help prevent
hair loss. Horsetail, on the other hand, is rich in silica.
Silica is a popular ingredient that keeps the hair healthy. If
you can't find a mild shampoo with horsetail, just buy any
regular baby shampoo. Put two tablespoons of horsetail in four
ounces of hot water and add it to the shampoo. That should
address your hair loss problems.

For hair loss due to dandruff, use rosemary. This herb, along
with arnica and marigold, is a good hair loss solution. The
infused oils of this herb can be massaged into the scalp
regularly for best effects.

Other herbal remedies which might be effective for hair loss:

• Evergreen Bark for Hair Loss: The bark of evergreen works on
hair loss problems in the same way as green tea does. It
controls and treats prograssive hair loss. Just take 60 to 500
mg of evergreen bark herb a day either in capsule or pill form
for best effect.

• Stinging nettle Treatment: Stinging nettle is used to prevent
hair loss or baldness with its ability to block the conversion
of testosterone into DHT. Stinging nettle is available in
capsules and pills. It should be taken regularly with an optimum
dose of 50 to 100 mg once a day.

• Ginkgo for Hair Loss: Ginkgo biloba helps improve the
circulation of blood to the brain and skin. As blood flow to the
brain area increases, nutrients are delivered to the hair
follicles and that initiate hair re-growth. Take at least 120 to
160 mg of dry Gingko biloba extract per day to treat male
pattern hair loss.

• Saw Palmetto Remedy for Hair Loss: Saw Palmetto encourages
hair re-growth and slows down hair loss. Saw palmetto forms the
core elements that help treat baldness. Take a recommended dose
of 160 mg twice a day.

• Rosemary Treatment: Rosemary helps control and treats hair
dandruff, which in turn, causes hair loss. Use rosemary after
shampooing. If you have hair problems, always use mild shampoo
for your hair. To use the herb as a hair wash, pour a handful of
rosemary into a pan and cover it with water. Simmer for 10 to 15
minutes. Let it cool down. Strain and put a few drops of any
type of oil. Use this daily after shampoo.

The Men’s Guide to Treating Your Hair Loss Naturally

Are you loosing your hair? If so, you are among the millions of
men around the world who experience this every year. There are
many ways that you can treat your hair loss problems without
having to worry about going to the doctor; you just have to know
what you plan to do about it and how it could work for you.

Eat Well

You may not think that treating your hair loss really begins
with what you eat, but it does and it can be a big problem if
you are choosing the wrong foods. If you are not eating well, it
could be a major reason that your hair is falling out. You
should make sure that you are eating enough fatty acids as well
as iron in your daily diets, as both of these nutrients have
shown tremendous benefit in hair loss prevention. There are case
studies that show that low iron can cause men's hair loss. You
may also notice a loss in hair when you are at a certain age
range. This is because hair will naturally thin as people age.
So, make it a priority to eat well so that you can aid in your
hair loss prevention.

Consider Herbal Remedies

There are herbs that can also help with your hair loss
problems. One of these is the herb saw palemetto. This herb is
close to the drug Propecia that you may have already heard
about, which is commonly prescribed to patients interested in
preventing hair loss. There are other herbs that can work to
help prevent hair loss, such as green tea. Green Tea is a safer
version for those that are scared to take herbs that are not as
well known. You may find other herbs that are helpful for this
problem, but these two are the ones that most people see the
best benefits for hair loss prevention.

Know What You Are Putting On Your Head

You may think that you are doing yourself some good by using
all these hair loss products, but you may not be. Many products
that you may think are helping your hair are really damaging it.
Hair dyes, perms, and even some shampoos are hurting the hair
that you have on your head at its roots. So, it's really a good
idea to know exactly what you are putting on your head and what
it could do for you, or what damage it can cause.

Damage from hair products is not the same hair loss that you
may have when you are genetically prone to hair loss. Damage
from hair loss products is one of the easiest types to reverse
because the damage is not at the follicle line of the hair. So
you don't need to stop grooming your hair or changing the color
as you wish to do, you simply need to take proactive measures to
prevent hair damage or hair loss.

There are many reasons that you may have a potential hair loss.
You should take the time and find out if you are not eating
right or if there is something else that you may be doing to
help cause your hair loss issues. This way you will be able to
change it for yourself and you'll have a chance to get back to
your thick head of hair back in no time.

Treatments For Men’s Hair Loss

When you are faced with the problem of hair loss, you may not
know what you are going to do about it. There are a few things
that might help you out though.

There are a couple of treatments that you can consider if you
are willing to go to your doctor for help. These treatments may
have been something that you had heard of before you even
started on the road to needing help with your hair loss issues,
and include:

• Minoxidil – This is another name for Rogaine and you can get
it over the counter. You might have seen the advertisements for
this product on TV, but you should do a little bit of research
on it and talk to your doctor before you go out and get this
particular medication. This product doesn't necessarily grow
back your hair, but it may help with what hair may be left on
the head. You will have to keep applying it two times a day for
it to really work, and some people have challenges with this
daily discipline. You may also get a drug that comes in a higher
strength, but it's still pretty expensive.

• Finasteride – This is a lower dose medication than Minoxidil
that has serious side effects such as the shrinking of the
prostate when taken over time. You may have heard of its other
name, Propecia. This is a prescription only medication that is
also taken two times a day. This will also help you keep the
hair that you have, but will probably not help you to grow much
new hair. One major side effect of this drug is impotence, but
it's really very uncommon.

There are also some other options that you can pick from that
may help with your hair loss issues, these include:

* Herbal treatments - these include Chinese Herbs, Saw
Palmetto, Green Tea, Zinc, and Pygeum. There are many different
herbs that are on the market today to assist with hair loss, but
you really need to pay attention to what you are getting. You
should also make sure that you are taking the time to talk to
your doctor before you start on any herbal remedy so that you
are not having any reactions to the medications that you may
already be taking for other problems.

• Hair transplants – these are generally good for people that
may not have any hair at all and who are looking to replace hair
partially or in total.

• Toupees – This is a hair piece that is put on the head to
help hide the instance of baldness. They often times require
some kind of tape to help hold it on the head, but are a good
non surgical way to look better after hair loss.

• Going Natural – If you have baldness, you may decide that you
don't care what people think. Just let it all hang out and look
great bald. Hey, Bruce Willis does it and there are plenty of
other people that have, so why not you.

There are many options that are available to you to help with
your hair loss issues, but you may not even need any. If you are
in doubt, then talk to your doctor and find out what they think
you need. That way you will be looking good and feeling good at
the same time.

Hair Loss - 3 Tips On Hair Loss Treatment

Men and women alike tend to experience, at one point in their
lives, the dilemma of hair loss. This condition typically begins
at the age of 20 or 30 but is definitely not age-specific.
Genes, stress, lifestyle, trauma, medications, and poor
nutrition are some of the many factors that cause hair loss.

Because this hair condition has become very common, especially
among men, most people see it as something normal rather than
some kind of disease. Today, various ways can be used to treat
hair loss or balding. Some hair loss treatment products can be
easily bought over the counter. Some may involve costly
procedures while others are readily made from natural
ingredients.

Tip #1. Try Minoxidil

Because of its vasodilating effects, Minoxidil was originally
used to treat only high blood pressure in the form of an oral
drug, which is Loniten®. However, it was found out that
Minoxidil has a hair growth side effect. Hence, in the 1980s, an
FDA approved solution containing 2% Minoxidil was approved for
the market to be used to treat hair loss and reverse baldness.
The solution was known under the brand name Rogaine and can be
topically applied on anterior areas, as well as in the vertex
regions of the scalp to facilitate growth of lighter and thinner
hair in male-pattern baldness. The topical solution may cause
dizziness, increased heart rate, and skin irritation. It may
take several months before wanted results of this hair loss
treatment becomes visible.

Tip #2. Consider Hair transplantation

This surgical procedure involves relocating or transplanting
hair follicles from the sides and back of the head to an
individual's thinning or bald areas. The hair follicles can be
harvested from these "donor areas" because they are resistant to
baldness. The hair follicles that have been transplanted usually
grow hair permanently because, as mentioned earlier, they are
resistant to baldness.

With advanced techniques in hair transplantation that we have
today, small grafts containing 1 to 4 hair follicles are
transplanted on a person's bald areas. This contemporary method
can actually appear natural by imitating the natural hair. This
very convenient and effective procedure is referred to as
"Follicular Unit Transplantation". Because of its many
advantages, many people suffering from hair loss are opting for
this kind of hair loss treatment.

Scalp reduction is another not-so-popular hair loss treatment
method. In this procedure, the skin of the thinning or balding
scalp area is surgically cut out. After doing so, the surgeon
will pull together the left over skin and suture it for closure.

Tip #3. Wear a Wig

Sometimes, no medications or procedures will work on your hair
loss problem. In cases like this, you are left with no other
option but to wear a wig or other sorts of hairpieces. With such
hair apparel, hair thinning or balding, whether temporary or
permanent, can be hidden.

Wigs make use of synthetic hair that is planted into a netting
made of nylon, and is designed to fit a person's head. Today,
several quality hairpieces available are made from real human
hair, making it appear more natural.

Herbal Hair Loss Treatments: Help From Mother Nature

Most people do not pay any attention to the wide number of
available hair loss treatments until they begin to notice a bit
of scalp showing through. And then they can't educate
themselves quickly enough on their options for both keeping the
hair they still have and re-growing that which they've lost.

They may find themselves awake during the wee hours when
infomercials dominate the airwaves, searching for the latest
miracle hair tonic. Hair loss treatments in the 21st century
are big business.

If you're one of those people just discovering the wide world
of hair loss treatments, you may have already discovered that
most of those available contain chemicals which might have
adverse effects on your health. If you're someone who prefers
to go natural whenever you can, don't despair for your hair.
Herbal hair loss treatments are out there.

Popular Herbal Hair Loss Treatments

If you are willing to accept that there is no miracle remedy
for hair loss, chemical, herbal, or otherwise, and be patient
enough with your herbal hair loss treatment to let it do its
work, there are a few herbs which deserve your attention.

You may, if you're into herbal supplements, already have gingko
biloba on your kitchen in you kitchen. Gingko has been shown to
stimulate blood circulation, and may improve hair growth by
increasing nutrient-rich blood flow to the hair follicles.

Another of the better-known herbal hair loss treatments is
green tea, which you may also have sitting in you kitchen.
Green tea has some compounds believed to inhibit an enzyme which
transforms ordinary testosterone into dihydroxytestosterone, or
DHT. DHT, in turn, has been linked to hair loss, and by keeping
the DHT at bay, the incidences of male pattern baldness may be
reduced. The great thing about this is that green tea tastes
great, but even if you're not a tea drinker, you can take green
tea extract as a capsule. For more info see
http://www.hairlosstreatmentshelp.com/Natural_Hair_Loss_Treatments/
on Natural Hair Loss Treatments.

Pygeum, taken from evergreen bark, functions like green tea as
an herbal hair loss treatment, as do stinging nettle and saw
palmetto. Saw palmetto is the main ingredient in many herbal
hair loss treatments, and combined with pygeum and nettle, will
offer extra strength in fighting DHT production.

Mix and Match

The above herbal hair loss treatments are all available in pill
or capsule form, but some people also use shampoos or topical
ointments and creams which contain herbal hair loss treatment
ingredients. You can feel free to try them all in whichever
combinations please you, as long as you do not exceed the
recommended daily dosage for any one of the individual
ingredients.

You should discontinue their use and consult a physician if you
notice any negative reactions from using herbal hair loss
treatments.

Hair Loss – Baldness In Men And Women

Hair is often called the symbol of our youth. It is our
crowning glory and often plays a huge role on how we view
ourselves. It may also be an expression of self-confidence and
personal style. Since we are conditioned on these beliefs, we
think that we need to have a full head of hairs to be accepted.

Just recently, I heard a girl teasing a bald man. She said "You
know God is so good to you. He gave you a face and cleared more
space for another." Expecting the man to be offended, I was
surprised to hear him reply "Listen, I save a lot on haircuts
and shampoo. That's one of the benefits of not having hair."

On the other hand, I have a semi-bald friend who is very
sensitive with his condition. Just make a joke about the hair
and he will automatically think that he is the subject of your
gag. He will explode or storm out of the room immediately.

People with this condition react differently. It's a personal
and emotional issue. Some become very distressed with it. They
believe that it is a sensitive topic and it affects their image
and self esteem. Though there are others who are not as
concerned. These optimistic people will cope well with hair
loss. They will think of possible solutions like covering it up
with hats, caps, scarves or wigs. They may even consider hair
transplants. They will not give up until they found the best
remedy for their look.

Though there are people like these who have already passed
through their grieving process, it is normal for many who feel
that their hair loss is very traumatic. There is fear,
helplessness and denial. Eventually, the feelings will lead to
anger. Very few people will reach ultimate acceptance, which
usually happens when they reach old age.

Now if a man finds it difficult to accept balding hair, how do
you think a woman will feel? She will have much fear and denial
than a man does. "How can a woman like me be bald? It is
expected that men can be bald, but not women, not me! It's not
happening to me!" It will be like an emotional roller coaster
and psychologically devastating!

But whether you are a man or a woman, remember this: You may
have no control over the baldness, but you can have a choice
about dealing with the problem. It is important to confront
yourself and say "If my hair would grow again and stay - its
good! But if it doesn't, I cannot do anything about it but all
is well with me."

You can choose to deny or accept this fact of your life. You
can go from fear, denial, and anger but in the end, choose to
have ultimate acceptance. When you make a decision to accept,
your choice will not only affect your outlook in life, but it
will also influence how others see you and handle your baldness.
When you have a positive outlook in life, you choose peace over
conflict. You choose health over illness. Now make your choice.
